Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registration fees paid through the Evolve Sports Quiz Championship registration Platform operated by Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd as part of Evolve School Championships.

Self-service cancellation is not available on the Platform. Registration fees are not automatically refundable upon registration or payment.

If you wish to request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at info@evolveschoolchamps.com with your registration details and payment reference. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will respond to you directly regarding the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

If a payment fails or you are charged more than once for the same registration, contact us at info@evolveschoolchamps.com with your payment reference. We will work with our payment provider to resolve failed or duplicate transactions.

If Evolve School Championships cancels Evolve Sports Quiz Championship, contact us regarding any registration fees you have paid. We will advise you on the next steps.

Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd is registered for GST under GSTIN 33AAHCE0090L1ZP. Tax details appear on your invoice as applicable under Indian law.
