Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to registration for Evolve Sports Quiz Championship, part of Evolve School Championships, operated by Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd. Schools are onboarded by Evolve School Championships administrators. Registration is open to authorised school coordinators and to parents or guardians registering their child directly.

• Each registration entry or team member must represent one student participant.
• Participants must meet the age or date-of-birth eligibility rules for the event category they enter.
• The student must be associated with a school that has been onboarded on the Platform.
• Team size must meet the minimum and maximum for the selected event category.
• All information submitted must be accurate and complete. Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd may reject or disqualify registrations with false or incomplete data.

Registration may be completed in either of these ways:

• Through a school coordinator — an authorised school staff member registers teams on behalf of their school, uploads parental consent documents where required, and completes school payment.
• Through a parent or guardian — you register your child directly, select the child's school from the list of onboarded schools, add participants to an application, accept consent and terms, and complete payment.

As a school coordinator, you agree to:

• Accept these T&C on behalf of your school's registrations.
• Submit accurate participant information.
• Upload parental consent documents when requested for team members.
• Ensure registered students attend offline qualifier events as instructed by Evolve School Championships.

As a parent or guardian registering your child directly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your child and yourself.
• Select the correct onboarded school from the provided list.
• Provide required consent on behalf of your child.
• Accept these T&C on behalf of your child.
• Ensure your child attends the offline qualifier event at the designated venue.

Qualifier rounds for Evolve Sports Quiz Championship are conducted as offline events at participating school venues. Multiple schools may take part at a hosting school. Participants attend in person. The live quiz is delivered through a separate quiz application; this registration Platform does not provide joining links, access codes, or remote participation options for qualifier rounds.

Event rules, conduct standards, and disqualification grounds apply during offline participation. Cheating, misrepresentation, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event and disqualification.

Registration fees are displayed before payment. You must complete payment to confirm registration. Invoices are issued electronically. Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Evolve School Championships may modify event logistics or cancel an event due to force majeure, safety concerns, or operational reasons. If we cancel an event, contact us regarding any registration fees paid.

By completing registration — whether as a school coordinator or as a parent or guardian — you confirm that you have read and accept these T&C. The Platform records your acceptance.
