Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Evolve Sports Quiz Championship registration Platform operated by Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd as part of Evolve School Championships. By signing in, registering a participant, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Event-specific registration rules are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

The Platform is intended for:

• School coordinators — adults at least 18 years old who act on behalf of a participating school onboarded by Evolve School Championships.
• Parents and guardians — adults at least 18 years old who register their child for participation.

You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and the Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself or your school, as applicable.

School coordinators and parents sign in with a mobile number and a one-time verification code sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure and for all activity conducted through your session. Notify us immediately at info@evolveschoolchamps.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading registration information.
• Attempt to cheat, disrupt events, or gain unfair advantage.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.

Evolve School Championships and Evolve Sports Quiz Championship branding, event content, and Platform software are owned by or licensed to Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform solely for authorised registration and event participation. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

The Platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Event outcomes depend on participant performance under stated rules. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms. Quiz execution may be delivered through a separate application not covered by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the registration fees you paid in connection with the claim.

You agree to indemnify Elev8 India Sportz Pvt Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or inaccurate information you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
